Many people arrive here wondering whether what they’re experiencing is “serious enough,” whether they should be coping better, or whether reaching out will feel exposing or uncomfortable.
That hesitation is normal.
You don’t have to organise your thoughts perfectly or decide everything in advance. The first step is simply creating space to slow things down.
My work focuses on helping individuals, families, and professionals understand what’s driving their distress, make sense of recurring patterns, and build steadier, more sustainable ways of responding.

Support is offered online and in person from my home-based practice, depending on your needs and the service involved.
